Installation
””
1. Separate Pulley NH-072 with Pulley brake NH-021 (Push down the shifter and take out the metal shell)
””
2. Fix the pulley and brake body in the upper slideway NH-001(Clear the slideway before installation)
””
3. Fasten the upper slideway and down slideway in the slot of upper frame.
4. Fasten the down pulley in the slot of down frame.
””
5. Fasten the brake NH -021 in the designated location of the slideway. (Screw head is no higher than the brake)
6. Fasten the Pulley NH-072 and metal shell of the brake in the slot of upper frame.

7. Fasten the down slideway NH-031 on the ground ( Align NH-031 with the central of upper slideway)

 
8. Erect the door as showed in the guide and insert the down pulley NH -031 in the slot. Insert pulley body in the metal shell. Push up the shifter.

9. Insert sliding door core in the slot as showed in the guide and fasten the panel with screws. Insert the handle in the slot and fasten the panel with screws.
10. Insert the sliding door guard in the slot as showed in the guide and fasten the guard with screws. (Mind the head and tail of door guard)

Adjustment
””
1. If uneven door clearance happens, pleas adjust NH-072 with cross screwdriver to parallel door and frame. (adjustment value +3mmm, -3mm )
Left screw equals to lower door
Right screw equals to raise door
2. If door leans left or right, please adjust down slideway NH-031 with cross screwdriver and adjust NH-072 with spanner to make door vertical. (Adjustment value is + 2mm , -2mm ,NH-072 + 2mm , -2mm )
